The Honorable Robert J. Shelby, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Utah, has issued General Order 21-010 in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the United States and locally in Utah. Under General Order 21-010, an individual entering the Orrin G. Hatch Courthouse must wear a mask over their nose and mouth in all public areas inside the courthouse.
The court has created a COVID-19 Information Center on its website. The Information Center provides general information regarding court operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
